• Daily news and content delivered via WhatsApp in flipbook format.
• Subscription-based access to exclusive content.
• Advertising and partnership opportunities with businesses, institutions, and organizations.

2. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are available on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis.
• Payments must be made in advance via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or bank card.
• Access automatically expires at the end of your chosen plan unless renewed.
• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical error on our part.

3. Advertising & Sponsored Content

• All advertising bookings must be submitted at least 24 hours before publishing day.
• Accepted formats include JPG, PNG, MP4, MP3, GIF, DOCX, and PDF.
• Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and does not promote harmful, offensive, or illegal activities.
• KandaNews reserves the right to reject or remove ads that do not align with our editorial and community standards.

4. Acceptable Use

When using KandaNews Africa, you agree not to:

• Misuse, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.
• Share your subscription access with unauthorized persons.
• Use the platform for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, branding, and flipbook editions published by KandaNews Africa are protected by copyright.
